Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Part-Time | $16-22 per hour | Cary, NC

We’re on the lookout for a motivated, outgoing, and personable individual to join our growing chiropractic team. Our office serves a busy prenatal and pediatric population, so loving children (and being comfortable holding babies) is a must!

• Is Windows-friendly and confident with spreadsheets and basic tech tools
• Genuinely enjoys supporting families, especially those in prenatal and pediatric stages

Job Type & Schedule

Part-Time: 24-28 hours per week (based on patient flow and completion of additional tasks)

Salary: $16-22 per hour

Schedule:

Monday: 1:30pm - 6:30pm

Tuesday: 8:30am - 12:30pm & 2:30pm - 6:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 12:30pm & 2:30pm - 6:30pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 12:30pm

Friday: -

Saturday: Every other, 8:30am - 12:30pm

You'll enjoy a 3-day weekend at least twice per month — because we value work-life balance!

What You'll Be Doing

A typical day might include:

• Opening the office (checking messages, prepping the space, organizing the schedule)
• Morning huddle with the doctors to go over the day's appointments
• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phones and texts, booking new and follow-up appointments
• Collecting payments and scheduling next visits
• Playing with or holding children while parents are with the doctor
• Closing down the office and prepping for the next day
